STOCKWATCH: China Rare Earth to hold

China Rare Earth Holdings (0769) has recently consolidated around 10-day and 50-day moving average lines and shown a trend of forming rising band. It is expected to go up with the support of up-surging band. The attempt may meet resistance at HK$1.4 if there should be no sufficient turnover. Supporting stance is set at HK$1.25. Stop loss: HK$1.2.
