Morgan Stanley upgrades Hang Seng to ¡§outperform¡¨

Morgan Stanley Dean Writter has upgraded the rating of Hang Seng Bank (0011) to ¡§outperform¡¨ from ¡§medium¡¨, target price is set at HK$108, 18% premium the current price.Morgan also has upgraded 2001 and 2002 profit forecast of Hang Seng to 1% and 6%.
