Richard Li to announce development strategy for NOW in 90 days

Richard Li, chairman of PCCW, said he would announce development strategy of B2C businesses for NOW in 90 days. Business mode would be changed from ad-based to users-based. PCCW expected to make both ends meet in 4 years.
