Luen Tai Group issues 50mln shares listing on the main board

Luen Tai Group(0346) indicated that the company issued 50mln shares at HK$1 each to be listed on the main board, among which 20mln new shares offer for sale, 30mln placing shares . The shares is expected to be listed on the main board. The sponsor is Sun Hung Kai International securities
