China Elegance to sell Tianjin property for HK$56.5 mln

China Elegance International Fashion(0476) announced to sell 70% shareholding and HK$55.56 mln shareholders loan of a joint venture to an independent third party for HK$56.5 mln. The main assets of the joint venture were the two buildings in Tianjin which were about 25,400 square meters.
