China 22 out of 25 securities funds to pay div for 2000

SHANGHAI (AFX-ASIA) - A total of 22 of China's 25 securities investment funds will pay dividends on their 2000 results, Shenzhen's Securities Times reported. The average dividend offered by the 22 funds is 0.238 yuan, the report said. The funds all published their 2000 annual results today. Among the funds, Anshun Fund achieved a 58.9-pct increase in net value per unit last year, while Longyuan Fund's increase in net value was only 1.43 pct. Tongzhi Fund's net value per unit increased by 8.66 pct last year, while Yuze Fund's increased 5.69 pct, Yuhua Fund's by 47.7 pct, Yulong Fund's by 50.16 pct, Jinxing Fund's by 52.97 pct, Jinding Fund's by 11.28 pct, Jintai Fund's by 51.59 pct, Jinsheng Fund's by 8.93 pct and Pufeng Fund's by 52.52 pct. Anxing Fund's net value per unit rose 58.08 pct, while Yuyan Fund's increased 55.86 pct, Kaiyuan Fund's by 49.95 pct, Taiyuan Fund's 47.5 pct, Jinyuan Fund's 10.34 pct, Tongsheng Fund's 41.77 pct, Tongyi Fund's 57.81 pct, Hanbo Fund's 7.92 pct, Hanxing Fund's 37.58 pct, Handing Fund's 3.68 pct and Hanshen Fund's 48.36 pct.
