TVB meets barriers in developing charging TV program service

Television Broadcasts Ltd.(0511) meets barriers in developing charging TV program service and listing proposal of its multimedia company have been laid off. Several shareholders to inject in Galaxy said they would not subscribe stake of Galaxy for some conditions needed to be fulfilled.
