G-Prop plans to restructure shares by 20-for-1

G-Prop (Holdings)(0286) announced to restructure shares capital by 20-for-1 of HK$ 0.1 nominal value shares. And the shares with nominal value at HK$ 2 reduced to HK$ 0.01 per share.  The related capital HK$ 589mln caused by share restructure will be counted as profit to offset the accumulated deficit.
