Huaneng Power International Inc (0902) has been mainly hovering at the HK$4-level recently. Its RSI has now returned to the rising streak. The stock is expected to step up steadily to try out resistance at HK$4.25. Mid-term investors can make appropriate absorption at around HK$ 4 to hold. Short-term should absorb only after breakthrough. Supporting stance is set at HK$3.95.
