S&P decreases credit rating of Chinese Estates from BB-to B+

Standard & Poor announced to degrade credit ratings of Chinese Estates Holdings(0127) from BB-to B+ and move it out from the list of observation for negative outlook. S&P said the rating showed the operating business of Chinese Estates was not good.
