eForce passes the resolution of buying more shares of BIHW

eForce Holdings (0943) passed a resolution today to buy more stake of Beijing Infohighway Information and Technology (BIHW) for HK$1.04 bln. 80% issued share capital of megabit would be paid in cash. After the acquisition, eForce would hold 90% stake of Beijing Infohighway Information. ¡@
