Swire Pacific "A" to cooperate with Guangzhou Daily to develop Guangzhou propert

Swire Pacific Ltd."A" (0019) announced its subsidiary Swire Pacific Property would cooperate with Guangzhou Daily group to develop the composite commercial developing project in Tianhe district, GuangZhou. Swire Pacific will hold 55% stake of the project.
