Australian Telecom and China Unicom plan to set mainland networks together

According to The Australian report, Australian Telecom and China Unicom (0762) are negotiating on setting wireless communication networks in 200 cities of the mainland . President Ziggy Switkowsie and the newly appointed major international manager Dick Simpson of Australian Telecom are reported to negotiate with China Unicom last week. China Unicom now has 15,000 telecom stations in mainland and 30 mln clients are expected in two years.
