Yanion International buys another 4% stake of Global Cyber for HK$40 mln

Yanion International (0082) announced it had signed an agreement with Majestic Star Holdings Ltd of buying another 4% stake of Global Cyber. Besides the 10% stake bought in last June, now the stake of Global Cyber held by Yanion International increased to 14% . The cost of HK$40 mln will be paid by the internal sources.
