Richard Li: common for HKex to exempt revealing dealing below HK$2 bln

Richare Li, chairman of PCCW (0008) said it was very common for the Exchange to exempt the revealing of its transaction below HK$2 bln. He said it was also common in foreign countries for some media companies to be exempted of revealing transactions when they write off and became negative asset companies.
