Huey Tai board meeting passes resolution of renaming as Sing Pao Media Group

Huey Tai International (0164) passed the resolution of renaming as Sing Pao Media Group and the proposal of reorganizing its share capital. The company had no plans to cooperate with other internet companies at present. The leading shareholders were demanded by the Exchange to sell some shares to the third parties so as to increase the public-owned stake to 25%.
