Cable & Wireless issues PCCW convertible bonds at HK$3.6-3.8 each

It is reported that Cable & Wireless issued PCCW (0008)convertible bonds at HK$3.6 to HK$3.8 per share, 17% to 23% premium above the PCCW closing price of HK$3.075 just before its suspension.
