Huey Tai Intl stake held by public increases to 25%

Huey Tai International (0164) announced that Gold Brilliant Limited to sell 19mln shares to the individual third parties at HK$0.16 per share last Thursday, which accounted for 1.21% stake of the company.Gold Brilliant Limited and the participants held 47.99% stake, meeting with the requirement of listing rules which acquired for at least 25% shares held by public.
