Telecom Plus acquires BJ projects by placement

Telecom Plus Holdings (1013) declared that the company would acquire a 51% stake of Beijing Heli Jinqiao by placing new shares. It is in talks with six independents investors, but no agreement has been reached for subscription items.Medtech estimated that the company would carry out the agreement in April.
