Sun Man tai(0433) said the stopping of placing 40 mln shares resulted from the changes of placerˇ¦s financial situation. The placer had requested to postpone the acquisition action in the earlier time.Sun Man tai previously planned to place 40 mln shares to raise HK$29.6 mln, which would be used for general operation capital. The company believed that the placement wouldnˇ¦t bring any financial problems.
