China Medical Science receives sufficient acquisition for placement

China Medical Science (8120) announced that its placement for GEM listed shares had received sufficient acquisition. In the placement, 100 mln shares were placed at HK$0.55 each and the raised capital was about HK$55 mln, accounting for 20% of the enlarged capital. The stock will be listed on GEM on April 10.
