vLink Global to hold 33.3% shareholding of B-Tech by exchanging securities

vLink Global (0563) and B-Tech (0412) announced together that after the exchanging of securities, vLink Global would hold 33.3% shareholding of B-Tech and became the leading shareholder of the latter. Besides, vLink Investment, the wholly-owned subsidiary of vLink Global, will offer the loan as much as HK$29.5 mln to B-Tech in two batchs.
