Sino-I.com to make HK$1.566 income by cutting its face value

Sino-I.com (0250) announced to advise to cut the capital stock again. The face value of the stock has been cut from HK$0.5 per share to HK$0.1, and there are 3.915 bln existing shares. This advice will make about HK$1.566 bln income, and all of the income be taken as the special capital stock savings.
