Salomon expects TCL International 2000 profit down 6% to HK$427mln

TCL International (1070) will release 2000 annual results on April 20th. Salomon Smith Barney expected that its net profit would fall 6% to HK$427mln vs 1999; 2001-2002 net profit would went down 6% to 9% due to the increase of goodwill  provision and scientific research expenses.
