PCCW plans to sell leasing right to Hong Kong Telecom Tower

According to the Hong Kong Economic Times, PCCW planned sell its leasing right to Hong kong Telecom Tower at Quarry Bay for HK$3 bln. The expiry date of leasing right would be in 2032.
