Telstra hopes to control Reach by increasing investment

According to Hong Kong Economic Times, Reach, the JV of PCCW and Telstra, was seeking a credit rating. More capitals would be necessary for the credit rating. Telstra wanted to get the controlling right of Reach by injection more funds.
