Rumor of SmarTone disposing loss-making business stimulates the stock price up

It is rumored that SmarTone Telecommunications (0315) would sell its wireless fixed net business to the subsidiary of City Telecom (1137). If the rumor is true, then selling out the disadvantaged business and transferring the sources to develop the third generation mobile phone 3G is beneficial for SmarTone to survive in the highly competitive telecom market and display good performance in the stock market.
