Controlling right of Dao Heng Bank to be purchased by DBS

According to the South China Morning post, the controlling right of Dao Heng Bank Group Ltd.(0223) to be purchased by Singaporeˇ¦s DBS Bank and an announcement would be made on it today. Talks had been carried out for months and DBS would pay about three times Dao Hengˇ¦s book value for the controlling right after the transaction was finished. Dao Heng and its parent Guoco were suspended trading last Friday.
