Fairyoung to form 2 jvs with Lawsons Infotech

HONG KONG (AFX-ASIA) - Fairyoung Holdings Ltd said it has agreed to set up two joint ventures, Smart Guy Technology Ltd and Greater China Logistics Ltd, with Lawsons Infotech (Holdings) Corp.	    In a statement, Fairyoung said the company will take a 71.4 pct stake in Smart Guy Technology and a 83.3 pct stke in Greater China Logistics.	    Fairyoung said Lawsons engages mainly in the development and licensing of turnkey systems and solutions for the customer relationship management, call centre and logistic fulfillment market in Asian. Fairyoung added it expects the cooperation will increase the effectiveness of its services and improve its competitiveness in China's education market. 	    On March 21, Fairyoung subscribed to a 20 pct stake in Lawsons for a consideration of 25 mln hkd, the company said.
