HKEX to re-explain negative equity problem

HKEX will explain the reason of granting exemptions to enterprises with negative equities again.In listing regulations, there is not clear term on how to handle transactions of enterprises with negative equity. The event that PCCW announced to had been exempted from posting transaction beneath HK$2000 mln by HKEX in August of last year, aroused criticism.
