Eha in talks to introduce strategic investors

Quality HealthCare Asia (0593) made announcement on the reason for fall of its price, saying ehealthcareasia(0835), of which 60.5% was owned by the company, was in talk with independent strategic investors. Eha might issue new shares for it.
