China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation (0386) announced annual earnings to last Dec: net profit RMB19.004 bln, the same as market expectation; earnings per share 26 fen with final dividend 8 fen. The company planed to acquire China Petroleum & Chemical Xingxing and Construction oil pipe by issuing no more than RMB 3 bln A shares.
