TCL International (1070) did not rebound with the broad market with transactions remaining tranquil and RSI sustain a stagnant state. Plus the stock has been weak for long, it may not reverse the current weak trend. Recommend short-term investors to be cautious. Collecting at the present price for the middle run is advisable. Short-term resistance stance is set at HK$1.13. Stop loss: HK$1.
