ICBC rumored to acquire asset from parent for RMB10 bln by placement

Industrial and commercial Band of China(Asia)Ltd.(0349) was rumored to be injected assets by parent and raise about RMB10 bln for the acquisition by placement in the world at HK$7 each, RMB5 bln of which would be raised by issuing bonds if the market was not strong enough.
