Jiangsu Expressway to buy stake in Suzhou-Jiadiang-Hangzhou road from parent

HONG KONG (AFX-ASIA) - Jiangsu Expressway Co Ltd chairman Shen Changquan said the company is planning to buy a 30 pct stake in Suzhou-Jiadiang-Hangzhou Expressway from its parent.	    Cited by the South China Morning Post, Shen said the stake acquisition will require 1.0 bln yuan being spent on building the 99.9 kilometre Jiangsu section of the expressway.	    Shen said the section is under construction and calls for an investment of 4.5 bln yuan.	    He added the company also plans to raise its stake in Jiangyin Yangtze Highway Bridge to 20 pct from 17.83 pct.
