netalone major shareholder sells stake for 59.57 mln hkd through placement

HONG KONG (AFX-ASIA) - netalone.com Ltd said its substantial shareholder Supernova Group Ltd has sold 215 mln ordinary shares and 118.33 mln preference B shares to Leap Technologies Inc for 59.57 mln hkd through a share placement.	    In a statement, netalone.com said after the transaction, Leap Technologies holds 21.4 pct of netalone.com's existing issued ordinary share capital and becomes a substantial shareholder of netalone.com.	    Hon Tung Keung, chairman of Leap Technologies, is now a director of netalone.com.	    netalone.com has requested a resumption of trading in its shares today.
