Subsidiary of SunCorp Technologies absorbs HK$17.25 mln

SunCorp Technologies (1063) announced that its wholly owned subsidiary SunCorp Information Technologies had reached an agreement with an independent third party, in which Golden Award was to inject HK$17.25 mln into SunCorp Information Technologies and thus it could become a 35-pct-holding shareholder of the latter.
