Allied Properties raises HK$363 mln by rights issue at HK$0.25 each

Allied Properties (0056) announced to issue 1.45 bln rights at HK$0.25 each on a proportion of 2-for-1. HK$363 mln to be raised will be used for relieving the debts and for general operation capital. The issue price has a 7.41% discount to the closing price of HK$0.27 of last Friday.
