China Development shareholder sells 9 pct stake in co at 0.10 hkd/shr

HONG KONG (AFX-ASIA) - China Development Corp Ltd said its substantial shareholder, Wealth Seeker Ltd, has sold a 9 pct stake in the company at 0.10 hkd per share on April 20.	    In a statement, the company said Wealth Seeker, which initially held a 12.3 pct stake in China Development, is now no longer a substantial shareholder.	    Wealth Seeker has informed the company that it has no current intentions to further sell its stake in China Development.
