China Mobile says not yet decided if one-way billing to be launched next year

HONG KONG (AFX-ASIA) - China Mobile (Hong Kong) executive director Ding Donghua said the company has not been decided whether one-way billing will be launched in China next year.	    Cited by the Hong Kong Economic Times, Ding said parties involved in the one-way billing system have not come up with any concrete measure for the new payment system.	    Ding said the related parties are in discussions about how to share costs and profit in the new billing system.	    Separately, Ding said China Mobile has not set a timetable on the acquisition of 18 mobile networks from its parent company
