Global Applied Technologies downgrades the warrants price to HK$0.69

Global Applied Technologies (0930) announced that due to the rules of bonus shares issue and the warrants, the subscription price of the companyˇ¦s warrants was downgraded from HK$1.38 each to HK$0.69, which was effective already. The maximum number of the exercisable warrants was increased from 83.03 mln to 166 mln.
