Telecom Plus plans to raise HK$20 mln by placement at price no less than HK$0.15

Telecom Plus Holdings (1013) announced that it was in discussion with three independent third parties on placement with price supposed to be set at HK$0.155 and raised capital to be less than HK$20 mln accordingly, which would be used for acquisition funds. The discussion wasnˇ¦t carried out yet.The proposed placing price had a 36% discount to the closing price of HK$0.242 of last Friday.
