China Mobile annual earnings down HK$200mln due to additional fixed ˇVnetwork pay

China Mobile(0941) announced that they had to pay additional RMB0.01 charge per min to fixed-network producer due to the new accouting arrangement. If it took effect Jan1, 2000, the post-tax annual earnings . would decrease HK$200mln ,which only accounting for 0.8%.
