Shareholding held by Wing Lee leading shareholder increases from 24.26% to 74.62

Wing Lee Holdings (0876) said its leading shareholder BRIGHTASIA subscribed 29.9 mln shares at prices ranging from HK$0.023 to HK$0.225 and subscribed 38.03 mln shares at prices ranging from HK$0.024 to HK$0.25. Thus BRIGHTASIA increased a total of 67.93 mln shares, accounting for 24.26% of the existing issued shares. Now the shares held by the leading shareholder increased from the former previous 50.36% to 74.62% accordingly.The directors said except for this, they didn¡¦t know the reasons for the rising of stock price and turnover.
