Beida Jade bird acquirs a 8.63% stake of Sohu.com from Intel at US$28.25mln

Beijing Beida Jade bird Universal Sci-tech (8095) said that the company had acquired a 8.63% stake of Sohu.com form Intel, Trading of 3.07mln share was at US$1.18 per share on a turnover of US$28.25mln. Beijing Beida Jade bird also set up a strategic investment company with Sohu.com.
