Legend to pay special interim div of 1 Digit China share for 10 Legend shares

HONG KONG (AFX-ASIA) - Legend Holdings Ltd said its board of directors has declared a special interim dividend by transferring 1 Digit China share for every 10 Legend shares held by Legend shareholders.          Legend is planning to spin off and list unit Digit China.
