HK market short-selling turnover HK$300 mln, China Mobile HK$40 mln

About HK$300 mln HK shares were short sold today, of which China Mobile (0941) accounted for HK$45.25 mln while Cheung Kong (0001) and Sun Hung Kai Properties (0016) both accounted over HK$30 mln. In respect of shares, Petrochina (0857) took the lead with 21.3 mln shares sold short, involving HK$34.24 mln, 11.4% of the total.
