Wong Kun increases stake in Pearl Oriental Cyberforce to 50.17%

Pearl Oriental Cyberforce (0988) stated that Wong Kun, its chairman had purchased 44.23mln Pearl Oriental shares at 12 HK cents - 17 HK cents each on April 23rd. His shareholding increased from 49.84% to 50.17%.The company also said that Wong Kun increased the shareholding because of the attractive stock price and confidence in business development of the company.
