Jacobson Medical Corporation sells 1mln shares of Town Health International

Town Health International (8138) announced that the executive shareholder Jacobson Medical Corporation Jacobson had sold out 590,000 and 410,000 shares on April,24 and April,25 respectively. The company had no idea about the fluctuating of stock price.From April,18 Jacobson had sold 6.477mln shares. The figures from HK bourse showed that the issued shares were 0.4bln shares, and the sold shares accounted for 1.62%.
