Kong Sun acquires 60% stake of a mainland wireless broadband service company

Kong Sun Holdings (0295) announced to acquire 60% stake of a mainland wireless broadband service company Xswim from an independent third party Eastern Limited for HK$16 mln, HK$14 mln of which would be paid be issuing 50 mln new shares and the rest HK$2 mln would be paid by internal sources.Kong Sun applied to be suspended yesterday and resume trading today.
